Mozzarella Mike is all about sharing the craft of fresh, hand-stretched mozzarella. We host artisanal mozzarella classes, curate private events, and set up pop-ups across the community. Whether it’s in your own kitchen, at a wedding, or in collaboration with local breweries and markets, we bring the mozzarella magic to you.

What’s included in a class?

All ingredients and tools needed to make mozzarella from scratch

Reverse osmosis water for cheese making

Expert instruction from Mozzarella Mike

1 lb of mozzarella per participant

Napkins, Plates, and Cutlery (unless you want to supply your own)

​A tasting experience: Caprese salad with Kumato tomatoes, basil, Maldon sea salt, Pianogrillo olive oil, fresh basil, and Villa Manodori balsamic.
Who can participate in a class?
Adults of all skill levels are welcome.
Teens 16+ can make their own mozzarella.

In your kitchen or chosen space — anywhere with a counter and outlet.

What’s a pop-up>
​Pop-ups are casual, public mozzarella-making events, often in collaboration with local breweries, restaurants, and markets. You can find the next pop-up by clicking here!
Is wine or alcohol allowed?
Yes! While Mozzarella Mike does not provide or serve alcohol, you are welcome to bring your own beverages to enjoy during the experience. In fact, a glass of wine pairs beautifully with fresh mozzarella. We simply ask that alcohol be enjoyed responsibly and in safe moderation.
